Our connection to New Mexican and Mexican American cuisine(s) is ingrained in many of our employees—they grew up surrounded by the rich flavors of chiles, corn, and beans—the true souls of this land. When creating our vision, our good friend (Hector) promised to bring in the best of the best. Nestled between Goleta & Santa Barbara, we feel connected to both communities and show our support by sourcing ingredients from local farmers, fish markets, etc. As a result, we are able to make our corn tortillas [fresh, from scratch], and we create all juices & syrups in-house daily [for our ever popular craft cocktails].” - La Cantina
